founder and principal Terry Allen Lanza is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Design and Resource Management.

Terry's career as a stylist began in the 1980's as a visual merchandiser of menswear for Louis, Boston. In 1991, she
joined Giorgio Armani in the opening of his fourth U.S.
boutique in Boston, Massachusetts.

In 1996 Terry joined the Boston agency of Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Inc. - one of the nation's largest and most successful advertising agencies - where she was named Vice President and Director of Cultural Affairs. She also held the title of Director of Thoughtfulness - a responsibility and title given to her by former Chairman, CEO and company founder, Jack Connors, Jr.

In 2005, Terry left Hill Holliday to spend more time with her husband and children and to start a merchandise and marketing business. The business evolved and in 2008 Stylest Consultancy was founded to focus on her demands as a stylist in the world of art, interiors and fashion.


Kitty Kennedy is a graduate of Emerson College with a degree in Communications. She has over two decades of experience managing professional organizations. Most recently as CEO she oversaw the strategic development of one of the largest societies within the investment industry.

Kitty's career includes management of thousands of events, establishing and maintaining key partnerships, marketing to global audiences, and building brand awareness. She has a passion for good style and kind people.


Donna Montgomery is uniquely qualified to represent the fashion & interior design interests of her clients. Her designer and product knowledge, coupled with her relationships throughout the fashion and interior design marketplace enable her to implement her client’s requirements in a professional and timely manner.          

Donna's credentials include executive leadership as General Manager & Buyer for Giorgio Armani in Boston and NYC. She opened the Giorgio Armani flagship operation in New York and participated in all Giorgio Armani shows and buys in Milan while associated with the company.

Donna also served in the same executive capacity with Dolce & Gabbana in New York City.  She cultivated a customer base of high-end clientele for both Armani and Dolce & Gabbana.

Prior to joining Ms. Lanza & her company Stylest Consultancy LLC, she served as Director of Stores for Jonathan Adler and Consultant to Julia B. glassybaby and Rafanelli Events. Most recently she was Vice President of Retail Stores for Carolina Herrera, managing all their USA retail operations during that company’s rapid expansion.

Donna has experience in recruiting high-end retail managers and in orienting, training and developing incentive systems for all staff levels.  She has planned, organized and implemented special events and shows for Giorgio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Jonathan Adler and Carolina Herrera. 

Throughout her career Donna has proven to appeal to the special needs of high-end clients, understanding their personal styles, likes and dislikes, their present and future needs, assisting in their preparation for special events and travel plans. She applies precision and special attention to the needs of her clientele. Donna’s international contacts enable her to provide her current clients with access to the latest fashion trends.

She co-founded Kids Can Cook in Boston and is involved in charities in New York, Boston and Newport, RI.

Donna maintains homes in New York and Jamestown, RI.
